IN THE COMMUNITY

As a small local business we feel it is important to give back to our community and stay involved with local events and other organizations. Please review a brief description of each organization that we have worked with below.

Recent Involvement:

Wellwood - Hamilton

Wellwood is a community-based, non-profit organization which provides information, programs and peer support to people who have received a diagnosis of cancer, loved ones, caregivers and healthcare providers. Working with existing community agencies and cancer care providers, Wellwood aims to provide integrative supportive care. Not only have we cleaned the windows at the Wellwood Juravinski House on Hamilton's west mountain, we also are planning to participate in one of their many events this year to celebrate the location's 20th anniversary of helping those affected by cancer and their loved ones. Earth's Rangers

Earth Rangers: The Kids’ Conservation Organization

Earth Rangers is a registered Canadian charity (#892200528RR0001) whose mission is to educate kids about the importance of biodiversity and empower them to protect animals and their habitat. Earth's Rangers educate children through exciting and educational in-school programs, real conservation projects that help protect Canadian wildlife, and a free membership program that gives kids the tools to get involved in a cause they care about. Supreme continues to be a proud supporter of Earth's Rangers, and was listed on their website as one of their many official sponsors during the 2016 year. Hamilton SBEC Summer Company

In 2015, Supreme Properties Inc. was one of the many small businesses fortunate enough to be approved into the Summer Company program hosted by Hamilton's Small Business Enterprise Centre. Through this program we learned the essential skills necessary for running a small business such as sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. Summer Company also provides hands-on business training and mentoring, together with up to a $3000 grant to help students between 15 and 29 years of age start up and run their own businesses.
